Camps & Clinics

Join the fun for FREE and be ready to take the ice when regular season practices begin! Dryland training is optional, but encouraged. Register once and join as many sessions you want or are able to.
- Ages/divisions: 8U-14U Travel and House
- Dates & times: Training sessions to run through mid-September, Monday & Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm at The Lou, followed by one hour of optional roller hockey from 7:30-8:30 pm
- Wk 1: Aug 4th & 6th
- Wk 2: Aug 11th & 13th
- Wk 3: Aug 18th & 20th
- Wk 4: Aug 25th & 27th
- Wk 5: Sept 3rd only (No session on Monday b/c of the Labor Day holiday)
- Wk 6: Sept 8th & 10th
- Wk 7: Sept 15th & 17th
Plan for one hour of structured off-ice training followed by unstructured play (pending numbers)
- 30-minute workout
- 30 minutes of agility games
- 60 min optional roller hockey pickup game in the parking lot
If the weather is a problem, registrants will be notified of cancellations via email. It’s at the discretion of the coaches to reschedule.
Participants should bring a helmet, gloves, a stick (required), and roller blades (optional). Shin/knee protection, elbow protection, eye protection are recommended, but is the parent’s responsibility to enforce.
