Our house hockey program provides players with an opportunity to develop in a competitive environment by providing a challenging, fun, athletic team atmosphere that provides lasting benefits to each player.
What aged players are appropriate for this program?
Appropriate players at least 2016 birth year or older who have completed at least one year of Learn-to-Play.

What time of the year does this program run?
Season begins with practices in September and Games starting in late October early November and runs until playoffs in April.
Where are practices and games typically held?
Practices and home games are held at Lou Gib Ice Arena. Away Games may be played across the Columbus Area.
When are practices and how often are they?
Teams practice 2 times per week. One Practice being fundamentals, and the other being team practice.
How many games will they play? What days of the week?
Teams will play 20-30 games over the course of the season and will usually fall on the weekends.
Are jerseys provided or are they purchased separately?
Club jerseys (10U-14U) are required one green and one white, WE ARE SWITCHING VENDORS THIS SEASON TO 614 HOCKEY,

What costs beyond registration fees should be expected?
Personal Equipments, Hockey Jerseys, if your team chooses to go to additional tournaments other than the Newark Invitational.
Players should wear full protective gear in order to play safely and enjoy the sport. Equipment includes the following: stick • skates • shin pads • hockey pants • hockey gloves • protective cup • elbow pads • shoulder pads • helmet with mask.

Registration for the 2023-2024 NIHA House Hockey Season will open on July 22,2023 to all current NIHA athletes, Opens to Public on August 1, 2023

You will need a valid 2023-2024 USA Hockey Number in order to register.
